I used the Mcd app for first time and with a reward of free large french fries I cot a code on my phone and gave to drive thru teller and presto drove thru got a very fresh hot Large French Fries . It was great I decided to splurge I went ahead and bought a big Mac I'm picky we it comes to how my food is prepared I asked the teller to give me a big Mac with special instructions to not put Mac sauce on sandwich instead to put on the side they did an exceptional job thank you McDonald's. I do have one request for Mcd I remember Mcd to be a play of fun for kidd and it seems that's not there anymore with the clown 🤡 and Grimas and Hamburgerler what happened I miss Hot Wheels in happy meals with the house box. I have kids now and my youngest at 8 doesn't get why we give him happy meal he rather have what we eat please bring back classic happy meals also the price is getting a little out of reach but that's inflation I guess if there's any that Mcd's can do about that would be aweome

So I'm getting off work and I'm hungry. Stores are packed. People everywhere. Well anyways..I'm hungry. I go to my favorite McDonald's in Manassss and I order thru drive thru. Some how my food got mixed up and I paid for some else's food. They were busy but the ladies at the cash register went straight to Ms. Sonia who immediately flew into action! She quickly refunded my money and reorderd my food!! She was kind and compassionate. She thanked me for giving her the opportunity to fix the food and check. I was thanking her!! She was an angel . Kind, courteous, professional and understanding. Not only did I take the survey for the store I came here because it didn't allow me to talk about Sonia!! Give her a raise! Give her that store!! Her team is compassionate , quick and honest. Thank you Ms. Sonia for your help and kindness! Happy Thanksgiving!
